We offer all our products by shipping worldwidely. Each package will be charged differently due to the distance,shipping ways and gross weight or measurement.
Usually, we use EMS(speedpost Express Mail Service) post system to deliver small parcels under 20kgs. EMS is most effecient way and can be traced on line. Please refer the EMS freight rate on our “download” column.
Air Parcel is cheaper shipping but takes longer time and it is also non-traceable on the web site. If your order value is low and you want to save freight, it is also available. But this service is only available in Taiwan office not for China office.
If the shipment is over 20kgs, the other couriers such as FEDEX, UPS, TNT&DHL will offer a better freight rate than EMS. However those couriers’ freight rate is changable monthly We will provide freight quotation upon receiving your order details.
You can also use your own forwarder to collect your shipment.
The freight doesn’t include in the goods prices. You need to pay the air/sea freight for your order. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.
Orders must be paid by T/T advance. T/T means “Telegraphic Transfer” from bank to our our company’s account. But it’s not an instant paymnet. The money will be transfered to our bank account in about 2-4 days.
We also accept Paypal payment for mini order under USD600. But there is an extra 3.9% handling charges of your total invoice value. This will be added on your total payment. If a package that has obiously been damaged during shipment is delivered to you,please take note above your signature the word “damaged” and take photos before you open it.

Please send it back to us If you receive any defective or wrong item.We will give you refund or replace a new one for you after the returnitem arrived and inspected by us.
When you return something,please send it back as soon as you can.

3. Return the defective items to us in its original condition.
