If the items are damaged or defective when you receive them

If a package that has obiously been damaged during shipment is delivered to you,please take note above your signature the word “damaged” and take photos before you open it.

Please check the goods carefully to see if there is any damaged during delivery. Take photos when you find anything is damaged or wrong item.  Please send it back to us If you receive any defective or wrong item.We will give you refund or replace a new one for you after the returnitem arrived and inspected by us.

When you return something,please send it back as soon as you can.
1. Please return a copy of our invoice or tell us the invoice number.
2. Please tell us what was wrong with the items.
3. Return the defective items to us in its original condition.
Please note that we will give no refunds for returns that arrive more than 180 days from the date of our shipmnet to you.
